Views include the Parroquia, Parque Juarez, with spectacular views of the Sierra Madre Mountains; nearly every window in the home has beautiful scenery to enhance the enjoyment of your visit! Yet, the location is near the Centro, Art Institute and everything else San Miguel has to offer.

Casa details 2,400 SF or 260 meters: There are two custom fountains and numerous plantings, gardens and murals throughout the casa and rear garden of the home up onto the second floor balcony. The outside comes into the casa through triple double atrium doors, a 30' atrium entrance way w/fountain and huge palm tree w/ large windows and skylights placed throughout w/ views. There is a huge rooftop terrace w/built in seating and dining area for 8. 3 lounge chairs to “soak” up the warm, soothing San Miguel sun and watch the spectacular views from morning to starlit nights!
Casa 2nd floor description: There are two master bedroom suites on the second floor of the home which have expansive views and including the rear garden and fountain where you can pick your own limes and oranges for margaritas. Watch the humming birds dart in and out. The king size beds have pillow top mattresses, rooms have soaring ceilings (one w/boveda) and cable TV/DVD players. There are ceiling fans w/lighting in each bedroom. The bathrooms are custom tiled and have artistic and interesting features including “waterfall” shower, faux clouds on ceiling and double hand painted sinks. There are more than ample built in closets in both bedrooms.
Between the two bedrooms there is a “salon” area w/double pull out couch, LCD TV and DVD player. There is an ipod docking station connected to the stereo TV so you can listen to all your favorite music also, Vonage phone and wireless router. This is a perfect area for an additional couple or children.

I was all about business, however, I wanted to do something more creative and fun.
Back in 1998 while traveling from Kauai I had a conversation with a woman who was in the high end home vacation rental business. She had homes all over the world and this intrigued me. I started to research information and bought my first property in Goodyear, Az., Estrella Mountain Ranch; it is a custom home with a pool and spa with great views and privacy! I went on and purchased Poipu Villa Vista in Kauai, Hawaii with ocean, golf course, mountain and crater views and an international vacation home in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, with a rooftop deck and views of the entire city. Our latest purchase was in Lake Como, New Jersey it is a seaside community just a half block from the lake and eight blocks from the ocean.
Owning vacation properties gives me a chance to be creative in renovating and decorating these custom homes to correspond with thier locations. Our goal is to have the stay for our guests become a special and unique experience and create memories for them that they will cherish forever. We live in a stressful world and each property has a calming effect that our guests love. They let us know we have achieved this by thier comments!

San Miguel de Allende is a very unique and quaint town. It's architecture is amazing with homes dating back to the 15th century when Spanish Conquistadors dominated the area. It is consistentley rated by assorted travel magazines as a 'top must see' destination. It was accepted by Unesco World Heritage Centre in 2008.
The art and culture this area offers is incredible! The property has proximity to several hot spring locations and is near other popular destinations.
Location and views! This property is located in a neighborhood with other high end vacation and private homes. The veiws from all the rooms are just incredible! The rooftop terrace is huge and offers our guests incredible views and sitting area including a gas firepit! The dream kitchen has all high end appliances for our guests. The house also features gas fire places in the living room and both master suites. There is also a private walled in garden area with a fountain and tiled scene of san miguel in the backround! The home is only 5 minutes from the Rosewood Intercontinental Hotel achieving the 2014 best hotel in Mexico award! The Luna bar, Sense spa and other wonderful amenities are at your fingertips!
The house is located very near the NEW Rosewood International San Miguel Hotel which has a rooftop bar and tappas with spectacular views!
