This comfortable, quiet, hillside home is highlighted by a beautiful and private, backyard swimming pool and spa, and newly remodeled kitchen.
This 1500 square foot, modern home with large, open floor-plan is located in the "Upper" Cove of Cathedral City with amazing mountain views, a lush front lanai, and out of the "wind belt" (no sand blowing into your pool or house).
The house has a large master suite with king-sized bed and private bathroom, queen- and twin-sized beds in large second bedroom, and one queen-sized bed in the third bedroom. The second bathroom with oversized shower offers easy access to the backyard and pool. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and VCR to view the large collection of movies available in the home's video library. There is also a large "take one, leave one" book library.
The house has a completely private backyard featuring a sparkling swimming pool with built-in spa and large, covered patio. Direct access to the pool is available from the master suite, utility room and dining area. Please note, there is no pool security provided for young children, no fence or gate limiting access.
Centrally located, the home is convenient to both Palm Springs and Palm Desert, and daytime and nighttime activities. Outlet malls and gambling casinos, as well as Knott's Soak City water park and The Living Desert wilderness park are just a short drive away. A quick two-hour drive takes you to Los Angeles, San Diego, and the many theme parks of Orange County, including Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm.
An off-street parking space is provided for a small RV or boat.
Thanks so much for an awesome house to stay in. There was 6 of us in our group and everyone had a great time. The pool & hot tub were perfect. This house had everything we needed and more. My only regret was that we could not stay longer. Would love to visit again.
Home had everything we needed to spend a relaxing month. Hiked every day on the mountain trails located nearby. Enjoyed the pool each day and the spa in the evening. The nice thing about this property is it's location. Would rent it again.
