Perfect vacation spot!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week in September 2012 and it was perfect! The condo was clean, well appointed, close to the beach and offered everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be renting again next year and highly recommend this condo to anyone! It is definitely the best unit at Capri by the Gulf!

Great Accomodating Owner...Compnay That Owns Complex Rude

David is the gentleman that owns this condo and he was great! The VCR was not working and we had brought my 2 year old daughter video tapes to watch so he went and got one from his home! He also told us if we had any other problems to call him. The compnay that owns this complex were rude however and treated us like outsiders because we didn't rent from them. They set up a million beach chairs and take up all the good spaces on the beach and said we would have to pay them to get that spot! Are you kidding me? We called David and told him about the situation and he tried to take care of it for us. My husband just ended up setting up shop early down there every day and when they asked us to move he said we were here first! The condo is great, bed is comfortable, kitchen is well stocked especially if you plan on making some tropical drinks! 2 tvs one in bedroom one in living room. Would definetely recommend this condo to those with young children. Only downfall is if you plan on being on a good part of the beach mays well plan on an extra $70 so you can rent from the company that owns the complex. Very conveneint to the track, and many other destinations. Thank you David for accomodating us and for being so helpful and nice!

Nice Beachfront Condo

My husband and I stayed here from October 9th through October 13th, 2010. We had everything we needed provided at the condo, and greatly enjoyed our stay. This is a very nice beach area, surrounded by nice properties.

Please don't hesitate to stay here.

my friends and i stayed here oct1-oct 08 2010 for a week. the best place to stay. very private and safe with the gates being there. nice place to kick back and have no worries quite and peaceful. very relaxing and townhouse met all our needs. i know i hope to return.love,love .love this townhome.. connie tn

Great stay

We stayed here for a week in September. Wonderful experience. I would recommend to anyone. I would advise anyone staying to consider bringing own beach umbrella/chairs as they are not provided. There is rental, but it is only set up from 9-5 and we wanted to use them earlier and later.. Otherwise, couldn't ask for any more. Easy access to beach, beautiful unit.
