Fripp Island Getaway:
The Davis Love III Drive cottage is perfectly located to take full advantage of all of the amenities of this upscale gated island resort. In the back yard is one of the two championship golf courses on the island. Designed by 1997 PGA Champion, Davis Love III, Ocean Creek is ranked a 4.5 Star course by Golf Digest.
A two-minute walk will get you to the gorgeous three-mile-long beach in one direction, and the Marina in the other. Ply the beautiful backwaters on your own in a Carolina skiff, kayak or canoe rental, or take a dolphin, shelling or sunset cruise on The Fripper pontoon boat.
Use our free golf cart for a fun way of getting to the Olympic Pool Village or Cabana Club Complex. The Olympic Pool Village offers both elegant and casual dining, and several interesting shops. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Cabana Club Complex has a heated pool, a hot tub, two separate children's pool areas, a sand playground, a casual restaurant, and an outdoor bar.
Nature Preserved:
Bring your binoculars! In addition to osprey, herons, and snowy white egrets, there are more than 175 species of birds that call this 3,00-acre island home. Deer roam freely on the island, while raccoons and alligators are also spotted. Between May and August, loggerhead turtles come ashore at night to nest. Dolphins are often seen from the Fripp Island Bridge and the 18th hole of Ocean Point Golf Links.
Camp Fripp was especially created to teach children 3-12 about the abundant wildlife of South Carolina's easternmost sea island. Plan on lounging on the three-mile beach with a book or enjoying the nature trail maintained by the Audubon Club, while the kids are guided through activities that highlight the wonders of the Lowcountry at Camp Fripp.

Ocean Creek is the first signature course designed by 1997 PGA Champion, Davis Love III, and it is in the back yard of the 44 Davis Love Drive Cottage. Ranked a 4.5 Star course by Golf Digest, this 6,643-yard course is framed by pristine salt water marshes and four distinctive rolling dune lines.
Originally designed by George W. Cobb, Ocean Point Golf Links has been boldly renovated to give players added ocean vistas as they play this true land-meets-sea-design. While four Ocean Point holes skirt the Atlantic and inlet, the sea and it’s constant breezes, affect the look, feel and play of almost every hole. Anyone who loves seaside play and scenery will love this Par 72, 6,556-yard Ocean Point course. The seaside 18th green offers one of the island’s best vantage points for dolphin watchers.
