Located in quiet Lehigh Acres 25 minutes from Southwest airport (RSW) in the Fort Myers area on a 1 acre lot with lemon and orange trees. The house has 2400 sq ft under air conditioning and another 2500 sq ft of covered lanai over the large pool. Two dinning areas are outside. Formal dining inside. The master bedroom has a king bed a LCD TV, a patio door to the pool with a extra large 15x15 bathroom. 2nd king bedroom has its own private bath also with a patio to pool area. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath. Living room and kitchen have patio doors to pool area. Living room has all the entertaining sounds you need. There is a new 50 inch plasma TV, wireless Internet a CD player and DVD player. The gourmet kitchen has new stove and microwave and appliances a wave station blender for those tropical drinks out by the pool. Yard is landscaped with 42 palm trees and flowers. Basketball hoop in horseshoe driveway. Alarm system for your peace of mind.

Notes: Pool area has 2 dining tables 1 under roof cover with a fan and lights, candles for a romantic evening. The lights have dimmers and the pool has lights for a evening dip. The other dinning area is covered by an umbrella at the other end of the pool. The pool measures 16 x 32. There are four lounge chairs around the pool. Gas heat for the pool is optional. There is solar heat that runs while the pump is running. A cover for the pool is easy to put on or take off according to the weather.

We spent 2 months at this home and it was lovely. A quiet area (except for the neighbors' dog that never stopped barking) that isn't too close to attractions to make it busy, but close enough for lots to do if you leave home. We spent time biking and working from the house and it was wonderful. The property manager was very nice and checked on us regularly. We met a few people as we walked each morning and evening and they seemed nice. LeHigh Acres had several activities while we were there and we enjoyed ourselves. Very relaxing.

Lovely home in a lovely neighborhood

We have stayed in this home for 2 years in a row now. We love it and will be back next year. The owners take very good care of the home and actually stay in it themselves during the year so it has everything.

The neighborhood is very quiet and nice for our daily bike rides. The pool is fantastic and the warmest in the neighborhood (according to the pool guy). We have spent nearly every day in the pool this winter.

I recommend this home highly and we will be back next year and probably the year after. We love it.
