All community rooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, media room are on first floor. Bedrooms on top level and in finished basement. This home is perfect for corporate retreats or off-site planning meetings that enable groups to escape from it all.   • Weeks = May and September $4,500. Oct and April $4,000. all other weeks $3,500. Deposit for Weeks $1,500.
    Weekends = In the off season (except Holidays) $2,500. Deposit for Weekends $1,000.

    Holidays/Long weekends: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Presidents' Day, Martin Luther King, Columbus Day, Super Bowl = $2,500 - 3,500.
    Holidays/Weeks: Christmas or New Years 2009 = $4,000 - $4,500.
