VENETIAN PALMS our paradise property, is situated in a prime position, located in an exclusive residential enclave containing homes worth over $1 million in its newest Estates section. South West facing back garden area with a heated pool and eight-seater spill over Spa, ideal for those early evening cocktails whilst enjoying the fabulous sunset. The extra large pool deck has a lake view with abundant sun beds and a barbecue grill for alfresco dining. The villa was built for Florida living to give maximum enjoyment to guests. The Cafe Nook has FREE FAST SPEED INTERNET ACCESS free to our guests. A 16-foot span of sliding glass doors affords a great view of the pool and spa beyond. We have a state-of-the-art home entertainment system with sofas and armchairs for additional comfort. The Master Bedroom, Queen bedroom and living area wrap around the lanai and pool to create inside/outside living. Elegant Naples is a shopper's paradise with numerous designer shops and exclusive boutiques. Naples is known for its sugar sand beaches, the famous pier, fishing, abundant golf courses, theatres, cinemas, and art galleries. Marco, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are easily accessible, as are the Everglades. Fort Myers Airport is approx. half an hour's drive down I.75 Fort Myers, Sarasota Orlando (Disney) are two and a half house drive away. Our private, gated community provides swimming pool, clubhouse and children's play area. There is also a Golf driving range at the entrance to Briarwood Gated Community. There are 2 bikes in the villa for guests use to ride around the lovely lakes.

The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, a large walk-in wardrobe and a private sliding door to the pool, with a view to the lake. The huge master bathroom has his and hers vanity basins, a large corner bath plus an over-sized walk-in shower and separate toilet. Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed, double fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom with bath/shower. Bedroom 3 has two single beds plus a double fitted wardrobe and access to a full bathroom. A crib is provided, if needed. The fourth bedroom is a separate suite located at the front of the house with its own private door from the living room into a hall with a separate adjoining bathroom This comfortable room has a Queen size four poster bed with nightstands and lamps, together with spacious double, fitted wardrobes. The large formal dining area has seating for six, and the extensive lanai has three outdoor tables with chairs, plus four sun loungers.

Dual air conditions units supply filtered, cooled air, and will also feed warm air on the occasional winter day, if required. The pool and spa can be heated by their own electric pump. The master bedroom is supplied with a hairdryer and a linen cupboard containing a full range of house linens and towels. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with a full range of dishes, glasses, cutlery and pot and pans, catering to all needs.

A wonderful week at Venetian Palms

I have to say that Venetian Palms was exactly as described on the owner's website, especially that it was a litttle piece of paradise in a beautiful location.

We comfortably accommodated 6 people in the villa, and the facilities and equipment were of a very high standard.

One of the things which impressed me most was that Geoff and Eileen took personal initerest in how we had settled in and rang us from England to help us with some instructions on how to operate the pool and spa.

Naples itself is a lovely city and is ideal for a restful week around the pool.

I would certainly recommend Venetian Palms for anyone looking to make the most of SW Florida.

Wonderful Villa

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa in Naples - a house you can really call "home" while you are away. The house is furnished to a very high standard, very clean and maintained extremely well. It´s equiped with everything you could possibly think of. The location to Naples, Marco Island, the Everglades and Sanibel is ideal.
I would recommend this property to friends without hesitation.

Cosy house with nice poolarea!

Hi!

We were 2 families (9 persons) from Sweden who visited this house 1 week in june-2009.(12/6-19/6)
It was a very cosy house with very nice poolarea for both adults and children.The sunbeds was very comfortable.
The property was well maintained and the area was very
calm .This suited us perfect after one hectic week in Orlando.The foodshop was only 5 minutes with car and the nice beach 15 minutes.
We arrived on friday evening and got some problems with the toilet and aircondition.
At this time the temperature in Naples was very high.About 100 Fahrenheit.
On saturday morning the servicedepartment was in our house to help us.That was very good!
But we're not 100% satisfied with the aircondition this week.
Otherwise this property would have had 5=Excellent.
But the owners said that this would be fixed at once after our stay.
We gladely recommend this house to other people.
The serviceability was very good.

Fantastic Villa Venetian Palms

Absolutely wonderful. Best vacation I have been on in 10 years. We had a great time. Inspirational! This self catering Villa offered amenities that you sometimes don't get in many upscale hotels. The Owners were extremely Curtious and extremely professional. The Villa was not only very well maintained but also very clean and cozy inside. We definetly plan on coming back very soon in fact we are already booking our next vacation there in six months. I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family. If your looking for a fun night I highly suggest Spankys!! Until next time!!

Paradise in Naples

Venetian Palms was just outstanding and completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was just as we had seen on the website, but even better in reality! We arrived late evening and on walking through the front door we were greeted by soft lights and music, a cascading fall of water from the spa into the pool and a beautiful clean villa. We would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family and we ourselves will definitely be back.
We came for a restful break so our days were filled with going to the beach and lounging by the pool. We tried the new Bonefish Grill and enjoyed outstanding swordfish and snapper. Just a tremendous holiday and kudos to Venetian Palms and its very courteous and efficient owners who go over and above to make your stay a wonderful experience We slept so well in the quiet master room in the lovely bed it was hard to get up!.
