This beautiful top floor condo will make you the envy of all your neighbors. Light, bright corner unit has floor to ceiling window walls which open to wrap around lanai and beautiful views. After a round of golf at nearby Kona Country Club or lounging at the beach there's plenty of room for you and several friends to dine while watching the sun go down and the moon come up over the mountains.
The outdoor kitchen and gas grills located at poolside give you other options and a chance to meet new friends. But, if you don't feel like cooking at all, highly rated Jameson's Restaurant is right across the street.

Most of the year finds us enjoying all the natural beauty of Gig Harbor, Washington and boating on Puget Sound but whenever we feel the need for some special Kona sunshine , we love to hop on a plane in the early morning and arrive in Kona in time for lunch.

Location, quality of construction and variety of amenities offered on site. ie:swimming pool, hot tub/spa, dry sauna, 2 tennis courts, pool table, library. And, best of all....we can just walk accross the street to the beautiful white sand beach. Volleyball, sand castles, swim, surf or boogey board. My personal favorite is snorkeling with all the tropical fish and sea turtles.
The spirit of Aloha is alive and well on the big island and there is a real spirit of Ohana (family) here at White Sands Village.....Full time residents or renters who come back year after year all say the same thing. It's really a nice place to come home to.
White Sands Beach is the best on the island for 'boogie boarding' and also has a beach volleyball 'court' open to all. One mile south is Kahalulu Beach aka 'Turtle Beach'
where you can snorklel with colorful fish and giant sea turtles too.Easy access for shore dives from either location with beautiful reefs and sealife just waiting for you.
