About Whitney

My dad and step mom purchased this condo in 2006. I lived on island for 4 years and am now back stateside raising my 2 baby boys. My husband and I bought this condo from my dad in 2011. We hope you enjoy our paradise as much as we do!

This property is in the best location and has the best snorkeling! The complex is quite, but you can walk right next door to a beach bar/restaurant. Downtown Christiansted is only a couple minutes away. Grocery stores are less than a minute!

  • Our bathrooms have been completely remodeled as of Dec 2010. We removed the sheetrock from the walls and ceilings and removed the tile on the floor ans showers. Our master has a brand new tile shower with glass doors, a brand new handicap toilet and a new vanity, mirrow and all new fixtures. This cool blue bathroom also features a beautiful tropical murral on the wall. The 2nd bathrooms has a brand new tub, tile surround, tile floor, vanity and fixtures. This bathroom is a soft caribbean green. They are tastefully modern with a splash of Caribbean.

Whitney...Just wanted to tell you what a GREAT place you have and what a WONDERFUL time we had. The property was clean and well maintained and was as described. The vehicle was a real plus and Kevin was very accommodating with his pick-ups. We found many good restaurants like The Bombay Club,Rowdy Joes, The Blue Moon and Eats. Snorkeling at Buck Island was wonderful and so was golf at the Buccaneer. We will recommend your place to our friends or anyone who asks.

Great time, Great unit in St. Croix

We wanted to let you know what a great time we had in St. Croix and how much we appreciated having the use of the vehicle with the unit. The unit was great and we met so many nice people. We spent most of our time either on the beach or talking to people. We met interesting bartenders and regular customers. They told us about interesting places and events to go to like Sylvie's, Caribbean Night at The Palms... We heard some great stories! We are definitely thinking that we need to make visits down there more often than every 25 years!

Wedding and Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed in unit 102-A at Colony Cove for 2 glorious weeks. We were married in the beautiful gardens and were able to get some beautiful pictures. The condo was perfect, had everything we needed or wanted. It was in a great location to see anything we wanted to on the island. Whitney Youngen was such a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and very kind. We had the time of our lives!! Nick the security guard was amazing and in his own special way made sure our wedding time had great weather for about 3 hours during tropical storm Raphael :) Thank you Whitney, St. Croix and Nick for making our trip unforgettable!!!
