2 Bedrooms plus bunk bed under stairwell, 2.5 Baths, Sleeps 5 in beds

Santa Maria Resort located on the south end of Estero Island 'Fort Myers Beach' Next door to Santini Plaza, and Fish Tail Marina. Top floor vaulted penthouse with 16 foot ceilings. Kitchen has breakfast bar open to the dining room and screened lanai. Main level laundry. Loft overlooks the living room with picture window facing the Gulf of Mexico with 7 miles of sandy beach just across the street. Two bedrooms and two baths upstairs. Lots of white wicker furniture, bright and sunny ambiance and beach decor. Glass table tops, sea shells and palm trees. New full size washer and dryer in unit. The building has only 24 units and features a open center solarium with tall palm trees. Located only 50 feet off the Intracoastal waterway harbor filled with large cruisers & yachts. Watch the manitees in their natural environment. Olympic swimming pool, whirlpool, The nice thing about this place is that guests can walk to 7 restaurants, CVS drug store, 7-11, Hardware. liquor store. no car needed.

Fit the bill

This property fit our needs perfectly. The owner was very accommodating with our situation. The pictures were very accurate describing the property and it was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. If we ever need a unit I would be more than happy to rent this property again.
