Island Royale is a beautiful, first class condo( tile floors, 9 ft ceilings) on the 7th floor, directly on the beach in a prime location, only a mile from the main beach and close to restaurants and souvenir shops. The Tanger Outlet mall in Foley is only a short ride away. The complex has a very nice indoor /outdoor pool with a hot tub indoors and outdoors . On the other side of the front of the building is a nice barbecue /picnic area beach side. The fitness center has a sauna and steam room for you to relax in. There are many things to do. Rent from owner and you will save money. If you have any questions please let us know. Some great restaurants are Oyster House, Lulus, Neptunes, Papa Roccos, Bahama Bobs, The Pink Pony, Hooters, and many others all close by. The main beach is at the foot of 59. This is a beautiful area to relax and enjoy your vacation!

Beautiful Beachfront! Save over several hundred dollars renting from us!! Compare prices and you will find this is a great deal! This is a beautiful condo with a great view of the Gulf Waters. One assigned parking space . A very nice 'not too big complex with lots of extras! Dream vacation. Main rule we have is for you to relax and have a good time! You will be looking forward when you leave to coming back again next year. This is our favorite place to be, paradise on earth! Truly lovely. Try the Snow Crab Legs and Royal Red shrimp, it is delicious!!! We have a list of restaurants for you ! !

There are many things to do in Gulf Shores. In front of the Pink Pony, you can rent a jet ski, or go parasailing, there's WaterWorld, mini golf,etc. There are Dolphin Cruises, deep sea fishing, hunting,and many other activities. The Wharf is host to an outdoor amphitheater that host many special events. Also has a movie theater, and specialty shops all within 10- 15 minutes. The Tanger Outlet is located only 15 minutes up 59 in Foley. Many specialty shop and souvenir shops located on Beach Blvd. There are stables for horseback riding, flying lessons, helicopter rides along the beach. There is also the Zoo located on 59. For those adults who like to have fun, there is the Flora Bama down at the Florida /Alabama state line, Live Bait is also a great place to go, good music, food, and dancing.
