5th floor end unit on Island Estates. A beautiful area of high end homes and condos. Minutes from Clearwater Beach or downtown Clearwater, walk or take the trolley. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by plus the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Large unit with spectacular water views from every window. Unit is delightfully bright and beautiful Two large patios for relaxing and taking in the salt air. Enjoy the heated pool just steps from boat docks off Mandalay Channel. Poolside restrooms and pool deck cooking facilities. Covered parking close to elevator. Enjoy many nearby water activities such as Starlight dinner Cruises, jet skiing and para sailing. It's all here and close by. Only 100 miles to Disney World and less than 20 miles to Bush Gardens.

The calm warm waters are inviting There are many water activities such as boating jet skiing, dining cruises, snorkeling, and para sailing as well as fine dining, amusement parks, museums all within a short distance. Some of Florida's finest beaches are within walking distance. There are countless golf courses with in a reasonable commute. The Westin Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club is just a short fifteen minute drive. It is home to the Chrysler Championship.
