This newly decorated house features three very large bedrooms with plenty of space to spread out. It is situated on a very private property which is close to Boat Meadow beach. Enjoy the new outdoor shower, relaxing on the deck and cooking with the BBQ. Or get fresh lobsters already steamed and ready to go at Rock Harbor. After spending a day at the beach, you can bike to Orleans to watch the evening baseball games and sunset at Rock Harbour is a must! Nearby, the Wellfleet movie drive-in and famous flea market offers something for everyone. Eastham has many bay beaches as well as the National Seashore for swimming, kayaking, fishing and clamming. The Cape Cod bike path is only minutes away. The house has games, videos and books for every age to enjoy. Small dogs considered. Have a great vacation!

Nearest Beach: beach at 0.5 Miles
This property is secluded but close to the bay beach. It is only a mile or so to Orleans which has every amenity including supermarkets, pharmacies, ice cream parlors, restaurants, craft fairs, boutiques and baseball games . The nearby National Seashore has two beautiful ocean beaches . In addition there are numerous bay beaches and fresh water ponds in Eastham. Provincetown is only about 30 miles away and makes a wonderful day destination.

My husband is raving about it to everyone and usually he is such a critic! Thanks for a lovely visit. It was just what we needed and we would have been glad to stay longer.

This property was even better than what was pictured. The house was spotless when we arrived and everything we could possibly need was supplied. The landscaping was extraordinary - the hydrangeas a perfect border for the house. We had a marvelous vacation and would have no problem highly recommending this property. The beaches in the area were wonderful and I highly recommend the local Boat Meadow Beach for families with small children who would like some privacy. Our kids loved it.
