Directions: When you cross the bridge to Folly Beach the street you are on is Center Street ,go to the end you will be at Arctic Ave in front of you. Make a left to East Arctic Ave. Folly Beach Suites,121 East Arctic Ave is 4 buildings down on the right, you will see the parking lot. All entrances to condominium are from the beach.

We just returned from a week at this condo at Folly Beach - it was wonderful! It was a great location, and so nice to be able to walk out the door straight to the beach. The condo was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked! We stayed there with our 2 year old daughter and we had plenty of room. We love Folly Beach - it is beautiful, laid-back - we bought seafood at Crosby's and cooked in almost every night. The owner was so helpful - responded to our inquiry quickly and returned our deposit right away. I really recommend this place -we wish we could go back today!

Beach front getaway for walks by the Ocean

My wife and I needed some R&R and beach time and this condo fit the bill. It is right on the ocean and walking distance to all the Folly Beach restaurants and shops. Folly beach is clean not too commercial and has a family atmosphere. The condo was clean and well maintained and the owner responded quickly to our reservation request and return of security deposit. We would recommend the Lonely Dog cafe for breakfast, Rita's for dinner, Huff's to purchase fresh seafood and good ole Burt's convenience store for free coffee, sundry items and conversation.

Nice beach condo-perfect location

Well stocked condo situated less than one block from pier with an expansive sandy beach truly steps from the door. Outside shower on private walkway from beach to condo was perfect. Washer & dryer shared with only one other unit was very nice & convenient. Comfortable furniture, nice large tub, very cool a/c, and unit was very clean. Deck was smaller than others in the building, steps slightly impeded the view but it was not a problem for us and was a convenience for my 70 year old mother. Structure only contained 12 units and parking space was just outside and easily visible from the bedroom window. Owner was EXCELLENT to deal with in all respects. Would recommend to my friends and family.

First Visit to Folly Beach!

We stayed in this wonderful condo right on the beach, and just 1 blk. from the main street in town, with a parking space. Totally clean and had pretty much everything we would need to just hang out and enjoy the beach, and town. Quiet complex, tons of shells and miles of beach to explore. We would recommend this location to our friends and family, Customer service was excellent. Check out Snapper Jacks rooftop bar, the Peel and Eat Shrimp is so good you'll want 2 orders. Don't forget your Bocce Ball set and a kite for the beach and enjoy meeting new people!
Check out the pier, and the dolphins that swim there in the early mornings. We will be back when we can..

What a great week!

Great location, close to everything - just steps away from the beach and all the shops and restaurants are nearby. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are plenty of linens, towels, etc. Having the washer & dryer is a huge plus, very convenient. We have vacationed at several different beaches and this one is at the top of our list. Definitely work going back!
