BEAUTIFUL HOME SURROUNDED BY GORGEOUS TALL TREES

This is a very nice home which we found to be clean and exactly as described. Great deck for enjoying evening sights and sounds. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. The owner was prompt in his responses and very reasonable. On our trip, we searched high and low for moose and bear but saw none. We did visit several waterfalls and found Diana's Baths at Lucy Brook (the best) and Sabbaday Falls to be the nicest. Conway Scenic Railroad, the Notch Train, was a very scenic trip and we learned about the history of Crawford Notch. Don't miss the Cog Railway, an old fashioned slow grinding trip to the top of Mt. Washington in one train car, where if you're lucky, you can see for miles. Franconia Notch State Park and the Cannon Tramway were also worth the trip and more. The day we went to Cannon Mountain it was so clear that we could see to Canada, Maine and Vermont. So much to do in wonderful New Hampshire !! I think we'll be back and hope to stay in this terrific house.

Very nice spacious house with nice kitchen, loft and open floor plan. Great location, private natural setting, yet near many activities, trails, fishing,river beach, shops, dining, sightseeing in the white mountains.

Big pluses... Pet friendly, clean and comfortable.
possible minus... musty lower level. But if you are not using that area to sleep, it can be closed off from the bedrooms, loft and main living space with a door and did not pose any problems.

Another consideration, very steep driveway.

We stayed with our 2 young boys and our small dog. Had a great time. A comfortable home away from home.
