This 3 bedroom rental home is located on the backside of King Pine Ski Area. There are 2 full baths, with a 7-foot whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. In the winter, it is approximately a 1/4 mile walk to the nearest alpine trail. Nordic skiers can ski from the front yard. In the summer, guests enjoy Purity Lake with access to the private King Pine Area Association beaches. Also in summer, there are 4 tennis courts within walking distance. Year round, the Mill Pool and Fitness Center is accessible (it's about a mile bike ride or drive down the hill). The entire house is hardwood or tile. Upstairs there is a large open 'great room' with a living room and dining area. On the first floor, there are the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. BBQs from the gas grill can be held in a spacious backyard. Amenities include a washer & dryer, wireless broadband Internet, TV/DVD/Stereo & Cable. Tax free outlet shopping is 15-minutes away in Conway.

Nearest Beach: beach at 0.8 Miles

Our house is located on the backside of King Pine Ski Area. In the winter, guests are a short walk or a minute's drive from skiing, snow tubing and skating. In the summer, there's swimming on our private beaches on Purity Lake. Nearby, guests will find four tennis courts, as well as a pool and fitness center. Aside from Purity Lake, Ossipee Lake and Silver Lake are a short drive away. Both offer motorboat rentals. Other resorts and attractions are nearby. Cranmore Mountain Resort is 20-minutes away, Attitash is about 30-minutes. Tax free outlet shopping year round is only 15-minutes up the road in Conway. Along with shopping, you'll find family style dining, as well as fine-dining. In the summer, there are well-respected theater companies in both North Conway and Tamworth, both are about 20-minutes away. Also in the summer, attractions such as Attitash's waterslides & alpine slide, Story Land, The Cog Railroad, Santa's Village, and the Mount Washington Auto Road are nearby.
