Check -in and Check -out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. However, if you will be arriving early, inform us upon booking so we can arrange it with our custodian. If the unit is available and clean we will allow you to check-in early. If not, you can use the Clubhouse while its being clean and our custodian will call you when its ready. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. We can only allow you free of charge for 1 hour. After that we will charge $30/hour if you exceed the allowed check-out time. This is to give time for our custodian to clean the unit for the next guests.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior arrival. A cancellation fee of $150 if cancelled on or before 15 days prior arrival date. No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival or no show. We will make all effort to book other guests if you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival then you can rebook within 6 months from original booking.
