A three bedroom (one queen, one with two twins, one that may be converted into two twins or one California King), two and a half bath townhouse with a private hot tub/spa. Large private patio area with deluxe loungers, chairs, and umbrella. High chair plus pack and play crib available free! Free internet and phone. All the many resort features are on the Terra Verde Web site.The resort includes: Resort size heated swimming pool with water feature.

Full service day-spa. Tiki Bar serving cool drinks by the pool! Half-court basketball. Beach Volleyball Court. Children's play area with swings, climbing rock and slides. Stocked fishing lake. Lakeside beach area and play sand for kids. Cyber cafe and clubhouse; free wireless internet. Video Arcade and game room. Lounge area / Meeting Room; Fitness Room; Concierge service and help desk; Shuttle service to the Parks (charged per person) Townhouse prices: Monthly - $1995; Weekly - $550; Daily - $100 plus $75 one-time cleaning fee for less than 7 day rental. We stayed here for 9 nights in July and were very satisfied. The townhome was everything it was advertised to be. The gated community in which it is located was a convenient location and the facilities were excellent, large community pool with a tiki bar poolside, and work out room in the clubhouse.
We were very happy with everything about our stay!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

My family and I stayed at this unit and had a great time. It was very clean, lots of room for the whole family and well maintained. Terra Verde is located within minutes from Disney and Universal Studios. Walmart, Target, Dunkin Donuts and many fast food restaurants are nearby as well. We will definately stay in a townhouse again before going back to a small hotel room. The pool and tiki bar had contests and prizes on Friday night for the whole family. Loved the whole vacation (with the exception of the 90-105 degree temperatures)
