60 DAY/2 MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL REQUIRED. This charming condo is located in a quiet complex within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to restaurants, shops and the airport. This delightful unit in a small low-rise complex, which is very reasonably priced, in excellent condition as well as situated in an excellent location. This first floor unit is fully furnished with 1 Bedroom with a queen sized bed and 1 Bathroom, coin operated washers/dryers are located on each floor of the condo complex. The unit includes a conveniently located assigned parking space; as well as beautiful grounds and heated pool, which overlooks Lake Mayan. A gas barbecue grill is available for your use as well. Within minutes you can walk to the beach for a leisurely stroll to the entry of Port Everglades and enjoy the shipping activity entering the Port. You can enjoy surf fishing from the rocks or beach or simply soak in the sun.

RENTAL APPLICATION IS REQUIRED: THE RENTAL APPLICATION AND ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK MUST BE SUBMITTED 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE PLANNED ARRIVAL DATE.
