This is a new elegant and beautiful home, with nearly 5200 square feet and vineyard. Located at the top of a the Fountain Grove Parkway in Northeast Sonoma County. It has a large garage, a great gourmet kitchen with a view of the early morning sunrise over the mountains, valleys . A great back veranda from which to sit and have a glass of wine or a meal. The home has 5 bedrooms, each with a king or queen bed for your pleasure. One bedroom has a second floor balcony. Others look out onto a green valley into the mountains. Property is located two miles east of highway 101.This home is ideal for lodging and bringing families together for special events such as lodging for wedding participants, family reunions and other family events where hotel rooms may not meet your residential needs or for informal 'relaxing after the party'. The vacation home can meet those needs with free international phone and Internet service available throughout the house. Excellent corporate retreat.

The home has it's own vineyard of Zinfindel grapes. More than 200 wineries with Jazz Festivals , music tasting and entertainment on the local small village plazas. Also, Kayaking on the Russian river or a kayaking out to the Pacific Ocean a short drive away. Great for family gatherings, reunions, and get-aways. Great location for spending a long weekend for Holiday family dinners such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, the 4th of July, Labor Day, and special birthday celebrations. Excellent vacation property for a special birthday, anniversary celebration, corporate retreat or family gathering. Private catering can be available via many excellent services in the local area.

Also is very good for executive corporate retreats or off-site meetings and trainings.

This home was more beautiful in person than in the photographs on the website. It was spotless when we arrived. The owner of the home was extremely gracious and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. This house is also in a great location to visit wineries in Dry Creek, Alexander Valley, Healdsburg etc. The rooms were very large and furnishings were very nice. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Great House for family get together or vacation

The house is beautiful inside and worked great for our out of town guests that flew in for our daughters wedding. Everyone enjoyed themselves and it was so much nicer than staying in hotel rooms! The kitchen is well stocked and all you need to bring is the food and drinks.

Hauling in luggage and groceries might be a challenge for people unable to walk up the 2 flights of stairs to main level. There are 3 bedrooms on main level and 3 bedrooms upstairs from main level. The master suite is on main level and has view of valley, gas fireplace, huge flat screen tv, walk in closet and huge bathroom. The house is like brand new and has wonderful furniture throughout the house. The family room and living room have gas fireplaces and great view of valley.

This would make a great house for family reunions or vacations in wine country. There are great wineries and restaurants in area! Check out the many Glen Ellen, Alexander Valley and Russian River Wineries.

This is a beautiful home and it exceeded our expectations. The Owner is very pleasant and, given the high-end nature of the property, clearly interested in providing excellent value to his guests. Since we were only 2 couples we did not utilize all the bedrooms, nevertheless the rest of the home provides a spacious, comfortable and yet intimate environment to live in. The master bedroom is huge and also affords a beautiful view of the Rincon Valley. With cable TV everywhere, a fantastic kitchen, a 2 car garage for parking, this home really does have it all. We certainly wouldn't hestiate to stay there again. Thanks Paul!

Lovely Home....

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. The house, located at the top of a hill in the northern suburbs of Santa Rosa, is large, well-maintained, and well-equipped. We had a super time touring nearby Dry Creek wineries which attract a friendly, casual crowd and dining in nearby Healdsburg restaurants. Definitely would recommend this property to a friend.

Fantastic Rental Home

we have spent our last two vacations in this exquisite home. We found it clean and very nicely decorated, three fireplaces, fantastic commercial kitchen, granite stainless, etc., spacious master suite king size beds, fantastic mountain top setting. There are many wineries and great restaurants within a few minutes. The landlord was extremely gracious and kind, going out of his way to insure that our stay was a good one. We will definetly stay there again.
