This spacious two bedroom apartment with deck and patio is a rare find in NYC. One stop from the Yankee Stadium, 3 stops into Manhattan. Close to restaurants shopping malls and more. The Multicultural House is the headquarters of an organization dedicated to the research of music instruction and its impact on the academic, social and affective life of urban students. We are less than two blocks away from the Subway station and only a few minutes from Manhattan. Two block from our place is the Bronx Market Mall with stores, restaurants, banks and parking available. The train station is a few door steps from Hostos Community College. Restaurants, Post Office, Pregones Theater, schools and Yankee Stadium makes our community busy, vibrant and safe.

Warm and cozy

I rented the space for 5 days with 2 other people and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was so clean and warm, the brick walls were a great touch. The owners are great at communicating quickly and are so welcoming. The location is 2 minutes away from a major highway and the subways are walking distance! We definitely recommend this property.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed the stay of 5 nights here. Clean place and heat was on felt comfortable thru out the apartment. Very close walk to the subway and they also leave a bowl of chips and cookies on the table for when we arrived .very nice and accommodating owners who had quick responses with messages. I would definitely recommend this unit if you have stay in the Bronx or manhattan . Thank you
