The town of Rockport and the city of Gloucester make up the island portion of Cape Ann. Joined to the mainland by 2 bridges, Cape Ann forms the northeast extreme of Massachusetts. Rockport enjoys a unique tourist setting perched on the edge of the Atlantic's rocky shore. Home to some of America's finest artists, as well as intrepid lobstermen who grace our evening tables with crustaceans plucked from the sea that very morning. A setting to make Norman Rockwell proud, white churches and picket fences abound. Famous in the late 1800's for its granite resources quarried by generations of Swedish and Finnish craftsmen, look for the unique rock walls each worker built around his home during his cherished days off. Sunset cruises aboard a 2-masted schooner complement a day on the ocean photographing humpback whales or fishing Jeffries' Ledge. Each Sunday night on Back Beach the bandstand comes alive with the music of local musicians. Escape into a story-book setting, and relax.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property over Memorial Day weekend. It's right in the heart of Rockport, close to restaurants, shops, and best of all, the water. The view from the master bedroom can't be beat. And the property itself is well appointed and very clean. Our yorkie loved it too :)

This was absolutely the cutest apartment. The owners spared no expense. The location is perfect and the owners very accomodating. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return one day.

Great in-town location with parking (rare for Rockport). A bit noisy in the morning as a lot of service vehicles and town workers start their chores between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. Lots of nice details show the owners care about the property. Very clean. Would highly recommend.
