This 3400 square foot Mediterranean style home sits on 3/4 of an acre . Lush & mature vegetation complete the home's front and back yards. Guests will enjoy the private back yard with a large heated pool, barbecue, & spa. This house is conveniently located near excellent restaurants, shopping, & the city's best golf courses. The four guest bedrooms have king-sized pillow top beds & luxurious sateen linens. Guest Bedrooms have dressers and three drawer night stands for clothing. Master suite has a king-size bed , tv, walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. Kitchen comes complete with cook top, refrigerator , oven dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and cooking utensils. Business travelers will appreciate wireless Internet and copier/printer. The pool is heated by an electric heat pump. Heat pumps work best when the air temperature is greater than 45 for the daily low and a daily high of at least 65.

Luxury Tucson retreat

This home is located in such a beautiful area. The pictures on the website do this home no justice. The backyard was very private and suprised us with lush vegetation for a desert area. We enjoyed the large pool and spa. Location of the home was very convenient to Sabino Canyon and for hiking and biking.

Great for family gathering

A wonderful neighborhood, quiet and scenic, great for walking and jogging. Convenient to stores. Easy drive to Sabino Canyon.
Comfortable furnishings for families with children. Good size pool and hot tub, lots of comfortable out door seating. Nice pool toys, too.
Older kids loved the pool table. Younger ones happy there was a TV with DVD player in their room, where they enjoyed having some quiet time on their own. There was even a basketball hoop and a big court; unfortunately, neither of the balls were inflated so we couldn't use them. Also, a bike was listed as an amenity, but never found it. We're not golfers, but it looked like a nice course just a stone's throw away.
The dining table only sat 8, so we had to shift around for 10 of us.
Owners are responsive, helpful, and reliable.

Great for Family Reunion

We spent the first week of Dec. 2007 in the home with my parents, brothers, sister and all of our kids. There were 11 of us including the children. The kids loved the pool and spa and because the location was amenable to Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemmon we spent a lot of time hiking and rock climbing. We spent a lot of time cooking in the kitchen and grilling on the patio and since there were so many of us we needed a lot of room. This place was perfect because it was easy to find an out of the way corner to read and get out of the family frey! The house had some leaks due to rain but the owners were flexible with our schedule as to when the repair people would need to be there. We would stay again. You would need a car if staying here.

My family & I spent a very enjoyable week in Tucson. This home was very warm & comfortable . The back yard was very private and the kids loved the pool and spa, The neighborhood is very quite and safe for morning walks. The home had many amenities including wireless internet, pool table, plasma tv's and plenty of dvd's to watch.

The home is located near many attractions and nice restaurants. We would recommend this home and would return.
