This well maintained two bedroom, two bath villa is located in the village of Treasure Cay. It is located within a 90 second walk to the beach. It is the perfect 'get-away' for honeymooners, young families, snow birds, and anyone who would like to 'get away from it all'. This may be your first visit, however, it will not be your last. The pristine beaches is approximately 3 1/2 miles of white sand and noted as one of 'National Geographic's best beaches in the world'. There is a champion 18 hole David Wilson golf course, six tennis courts, boat rentals, island hopping, scuba and snorkeling, bike riding, or just beaching it.

Treasure Cay, Abaco Bahamas is the most northeasterly island in the Bahamian Islands. It is a tiny resort village with everything that you would need within walking distance.......including the beach which is approximately a 90 second walk from the villa. It is approximately 25 miles from Marsh Harbour which makes it easily accessible from two airports, Treasure Cay and Marsh Harbour. The marina is rated one of the best in the Bahamas and this is where weekend entertainment takes place. The Coco Bar is an outdoor bar and grill located right on the beach. Sun fish, snorkel and water sports can be accessed from the Coco Bar as well as the Dive Shop in the marine. There are boat rentals available in the marina along with guided bone fishing services.

All box springs and mattresses have been replaced in the last 3 years.

Notes: The villa sports a new remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and much more! The villa is clean and well cared for. Note: The villa is suitable for elderly and handicapped. It does not have a handicap ramp, however there are only two steps to enter the villa. The bedroom doors and bathroom doors are not handicapped sized.

For a quiet, peaceful get-a-way..this is the Villa for you. I came for my daughter's wedding and it was absolutely breathtaking on the beach. The villa is centrally located to the pool, beach and amenities in the shopping area. The beach is spectacular. The villa is cute as a button. The kitchen was top notch and had everything stocked for our use. It was very clean and well maintained. Whether you are staying for a few days or renting it for the whole winter, this is a perfect place for you. It was very hot in August and we dodged the bullet with Tropical Storm Emily. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was very nice. Diane was so nice and very accommodating. She was very knowledgable of the area and recommended things for us to do .The Cocoa Beach Bar had the best Grouper and the tropical drinks were very good. We loved beach combing for shells. I would highly recommend this villa to family and friends. If I ever had the occasion to return, I would definitely stay here again!
