This large 2200 square foot home is perfectly situated in Carillon Beach directly across from the beach and only 15 yards to the dune walkover. Three bedrooms are on the first floor with a fourth bedroom on the second floor. The downstairs Master Bedroom/Bathroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, whirlpool tub, and separate dual showers. A second spacious Master Bedroom with queen bed is located upstairs with its own bath and balcony overlooking the backyard garden. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two (2) twin beds. All bedrooms have televisions and open through French doors to a porch or balcony. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all located on the second floor. The large, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has a center island and granite countertops. The 15' x 30' Great Room has a vaulted ceiling and opens through three sets of French doors to a 24' x 10' veranda.

Outdoor Living: Coasting On Idyll has balconies and porches both on the front and back of the home. The upstairs balcony off the Great Room has Adirondack rocking chairs and glass topped table for outside dining. The porch and balcony at the back of the house overlook the backyard garden. They adjoin the upstairs and downstairs Master Bedrooms. All rooms in Coasting have adjoining porches or balconies.

Gourmet Kitchen: The large gourmet kitchen has a center island, stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, standard/convection oven, coffee maker, blender, juicer, hand-held mixer, four-slice toaster, black crystal wine and goblet set, everyday glassware, all manner of cookware including baking sheets, service for 16 including serving platters and Corning Ware for baking and serving.

The Village of Carillon Beach: The village of Carillon Beach is gated and very secure. No main roads or highways run through the community. There is very little traffic. It is very safe for both adults and children. Coasting On Idyll is directly across from the beach. It is as close as you can get to the beach without being directly on the gulf.

Our home, Coasting On Idyll is located in Carillon Beach, which is a gated gulf-front community of upscale homes. Carillon Beach has almost one mile of white sandy beaches which are reached through 7 dune walk-overs. There are 3 community pools; one is heated and a second is located directly on the Gulf. All are within a 5 minute walk of Coasting On Idyll. There are community tennis courts, a basketball court and playground. Located in the center of the village is a Carillon (bell tower) which softly chimes on each hour. There is also a private lake and walking paths. Beach chairs and umbrellas on the Gulf near the dune walk-over are provided by the owners. Carillon Beach has been featured in both Southern Living and Coastal Living magazines. Great dining is available within a few miles. The largest outlet mall in the southern United Sates is located 20 miles away. Carillon Beach is a safe and serene community for both adults and children.

I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at Coasting On Idyll. The house was more than what I had expected. Everything that one might need during a stay away from home was provided. The layout of the house, furnishings, and location of your house made the stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The time we spent at Carillon Beach was special, not only because our youngest son got married but also our other son, wife and granddaughter got to enjoy Coasting on Idyll, the Gulf and beautiful white beaches. We are already considering going back to Carillon Beach next year and staying at Coasting on Idyll.
