Charming seaside home. Ocean views from most rooms. A spectacular balcony off master bedroom. Spacious, private yard. A 3 minute walk to the beach. Minutes to Scituate Harbor, a quaint village with shops, boutiques, restaurants and its own movie theater. 25 miles south of Boston. 40 minutes to Cape Cod. 5 minutes to the train into Boston; 15 minutes to the ferry into Boston. A quiet, retreat type setting.
