Tampa Vacation Rental condo

This place was perfect for our first family vacation. The kids snagged the master bedroom before we could put our bags down, so we wound up in the guest room...but it was good. It was just as described, very quiet, pretty view, screened in porch (this was a nice surprise) and plenty of room for the 4 of us. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk! Jim was always there if needed which was nice too. The condo is pretty close to almost everything going on in Tampa. We would stay again!

The stay at Jims Condo was awesome. The condo was is nice condition, conviently located to everything, neighbors were very friendly. I will absolutely stay at this condo again the next time I am in FL.

My family just came back to Canada from a short stay at this bayfront condo in Tampa. Jim, the owner was very helpful and provided us with a large two bedroom, two full bathroom condo on the second floor of this three floor building.
Everything that you would need for a short or long stay was provided to us from the washer & dryer to the computer,satellite t.v. and the great selection of kitchen and bathroom supplies. Very easy to prepare your own meals and sit out on the balcony to enjoy them. Some of the previous guests have even left dry goods in the kitchen cupboards and bath items in the bathrooms and when we left on Saturday we also added to this selection. Tampa has so much for you to see! Museums,beaches,shopping and plenty more! We wish that we could have stayed longer in Tampa but we were called to go home to a sick dog.
The community pool and recreation building was well maintained and included a sauna, kitchen,small movie theatre, small gym, grand piano with a comfortable seating area. The office lady Kari helped us with information about making a visit to Bushe Gardens. One of the maintenance guys Brian was also willing to give us advise about places to see in the Tampa and beaches area. Very friendly people!
The gate guards were there 24/7 and they really gave you a good feeling about the security of the complex.
Jim was willing to help with any questions or concerns about the condo and he was more than fair with the payment of our stay there. I would recommend Jim's property to anyone who would like to stay in a well maintained and comfortable condo "down by the Bay".
