Relax in the beautiful master bedroom suite has a king size bed, guest bedroom has two twin beds. A bright and spacious living and dining area has dazzling views of the gulf and white sandy crescent beach to the other end of the island. This condo is fully equipped with all the comfort of home. 48 inch LCD TV, Full size WASHER and DRYER in the unit. Newer leather queen sleeper sofa and love seat. All linens provided including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler. South Seas quiet beautiful private gated community. Amenities include heated swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness rooms and boat docking. Wi-FI available in lobby. Marco Island has many shopping areas. More than 100 restaurants.

Notes: Gated South Seas Condo Beachfront. Not only is this unit beachfront but this ideal unit is in the very front of the building with endless views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Condo is located on the first floor which allows a private spiral staircase. Step down to the sidewalk that leads you just steps away from the pool. No elevators to ride up with all your beach gear. A boardwalk then leads from the heated swimming pool out to the beach. A bright and spacious living area features with six chairs surround the dining table that has an unobstructed views of the gulf. Relax in the master bedroom suite that also leads out to the deck. New full size front load washer and dryer our condo. Tennis courts are available on an hourly basis; there is an exercise room and covered parking garage. Three TVs/DVD /VCR, new Sony 48' LCD TV in Great Room. Lounge chairs and table and chairs on the Balcony has the premier southwest exposure.

Amazing Beachfront Condo with Perfect Sunsets!

My family enjoyed our time at the Beachview Condo.....we spent the mornings walking and shelling on the beach and our afternoons, either shopping or swimming in the pool. The condo was so comfortable, we enjoyed Breakfasts and Lunches in the galley kitchen and our suppers and the many resturants in Naples and Marco Island. We would love to go back to this perfect condo and beach.

This beautiful condo was the perfect getaway for a relaxing ocean view vacation. It was very clean, updated and well decorated with comfortable furniture and a large screen TV. This raised first floor condo looked out to a tropical landscape of palm trees, mangroves and ocean. It had easy access off it's large porch to the pool and beach. The owners are very helpful, respond promptly to inquires and make the whole process of renting easy.

Escape from the madding crowd

There are so many good things to say about this condo I hardly know where to start. I went by myself for a nice quiet week at the beach and chose the ideal spot to do just that. The location would be hard to beat - just steps away from the ocean and the heated pool, yet within easy reach of restaurants, shopping and even a little movie theater. The property management takes security very seriously and I feel very safe throughout my stay. The grounds and public spaces are also perfectly maintained. The condo itself is immaculate with all the comforts of home -- everything from satellite tv and a copious supply of videos and DVDs to freshly laundered sheets on the beds. Jackie the owner is truly a gem, she could not have been more helpful. I could go on, but suffice to say, if you're looking for a great place at the beach, rent this condo - you won't regret it.

LOVE IT!!!

Having been to Marco many times, this is the first time staying in this condo and we absolutely love it! It is very clean, well maintained and the view is amazing. The new leather furniture is an extra bonus we weren't expecting! The amenities offered are wonderful, the owner has thought of just about anything we could possibly need to enjoy the beach. It's convenient location makes it easy to quickly get anywhere on the island. Can't imagine staying anywhere else!
