This beautiful house is located in the newly developed and gated community of Punta Arena. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor, with the common living areas (living room, dining room-which seats eight and fully equipped kitchen) located on the second floor, to capitalize on the spectacular and unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortes and 'Land's End' from the full length balcony. Pocket doors to the balcony allow a wonderful 'sea breeze' to fill the living room during early morning and evening hours, or if you prefer, central air conditioning keeps you quite comfortable. A half bath and laundry facilities are also conveniently located on the second floor. Other features include parking for 2 cars, 2 community swimming pools and dining and entertainment guides. A great place to vacation or spend the winter!

Fun extras such as a game of cards, board games, a DVD movie, books or a telescope to stargaze will add to your enjoyment. Even the glider on the balcony invites you to kick back and soak up the sunshine and the beautiful view.

We also provide a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ grill. My husband and I had the pleasure to share this home for 2 weeks with our good friends from Prince George B.C. Cabo is great for either relaxing, shopping beaching, fishing or exploring. There are no bad days in Cabo and the weather is consistently warm and dry. This tastefully decorated home is located conveniently by Costco and Home Depot in the 24-hr secured, gated community of Punta Arena and features the best view of lands end and the infamous Cabo arch. The deck has a large table to enjoy your meals you can cook on the propane BBQ and take in another beautiful Cabo sunset. The 3 bedroom home is very comfortable with comfortable beds and many amenities including satelite television, DVD player, stereo and lots of movies and CDs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home including spices, dishes, pots, coffee maker, microwave and blender to make those margs or pina coladas. The 3 bedrooms are located downstairs and each has an air conditioning unit if you require it. The master room has a very large bathroom with a huge shower and tons of closet space and drawers for your belongings. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a very large jack and jill bathroom with another large shower and vanity. There is also a pool with a community BBQ. This was our 3rd visit to Cabo and it won't be our last. There's so much to do and see there. Our hosts sent us lots of information prior to our trip and were available to respond to all of our questions, which was really appreciated. We loved our stay and recommend this home to anyone planning on staying in Cabo. Thanks so much to our gracious hosts for helping ensure our vacation was all that we dreamed about. We hope to have the pleasure to stay in their beautiful home again where the desert meets the ocean.
