User Friendly: two bedrooms up :1 Queen, 1 Full, and 2 Full Futons on 1st floor, 1full bath, 1 half bath, new appliances and washer/dryer, micro, fully equipped kitchen, cable to catch the Sox and Pats!, gas grill, new 50' dock and float dock, canoe for your use, bed/bath linens included, 450+ volume video library, VHS/DVD player for the occasional rainy day. Private Waterfront features shallow entry ideal for little ones, picnic table, fireplace for an evening camp fire and s'mores, park bench and gorgeous sunsets! Sit in the sun and read. Good fishing in Perley Pond and surrounding ponds. Quiet, No motors above 5hp. A favorite spot for the loons and heron. Ideal for kayaks. Close to Point Sebago Resort Golf. Pick apples at a local farm and enjoy a homemade pie. Great location for family day trips in Maine and New Hampshire. 25 mins. to N. Conway . No smoking/No pets. 15 mins. to Fryeburg Fair.

Located in the western hills/mountains of Maine. Near Pleasant Mountain, Shawnee Peak,Sebago area, Easy to get to Fryburg Fair, 25 minutes to North Conway shopping outlets. 1 hour to Sunday River. Our home has it's own private beach front just steps across the small town-paved road from the front door complete with dock, picnic table, canoe, outdoor fireplace and sandy beach entry to pond.
