Golf: Greater than 12 golf courses are located within 5 miles of Beach Retreat at a variety of price points and they welcome vacationing visitors.

Shopping: Outlet shopping and an upscale outdoor mall with numerous stores are available within 2 miles of Beach Retreat. Many people visit the area for Tax Free Back to School Shopping and Christmas Shopping.

Beautiful sugar white sand and blue/emerald water is the main attraction of our beaches. However, the area also has many things that bring guest to the area year after year. We are well known for our deep sea fishing as well from the Destin Harbor. We have a great water park and numerous other attractions for the kids and kids at heart. Our outlet malls, cinemas, restaurants complete the vacation experience.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • 11.5% Tax, $130 cleaning will be added to all rentals
  • Please inquire about information on additional units, we have 7 units at beach retreat
    No rentals to groups under 25 years of age. (Unchaperoned College and Highschool Students must have parent present)

    Snowbird winter rentals wishing to rent Feb must also rent January, snowbird rental will need to be paid by check

    Well groomed, well behaved pets will be allowed at no extra cost with prior approval

    We will hold a Credit Card on file for damages, you would only be charge for items damaged by your party

    Condos will be ready for check in sometime between 3pm and 5pm CST in most cases it will be ready by 3pm
    Check out time will be at 10 am

    Beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella will be included in the price, you will however need to tip the beach attendant, they work predominately for tips

  • We can accept Visa, Mastercard and Checks with no additional cost, add 2% for Discover, this covers the difference in price in the amount that is charged for Discover. I am sorry but we can not accept American Express at this time, the fees are just too high

We are here now and loving it. Beautiful views, great area, pretty condo,pet friendly. Just cannot find that third bathroom that was listed for this unit. Have I lost my mind?;)

So Relaxing

Thank You for allowing us to stay in your condo. Everything was so nice and clean. I love the new kitchen, that was a nice suprise to come in to granite . The bedrooms were very comfortable. Where did you get those beds? The patio furniture was very nice and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. Even though it was December the pool was nice and warm, everyone had a blast. We can't wait to come back again.

Our family stayed at the Beach Retreat #404 for our summer vacation this year. This was our first time to Destin. We enjoyed the beautiful condo and it fit our family perfectly. The beach was beautiful and the beach attendant was very helpful. We would love to stay here again sometime and would highly recommend it to anyone who wished to have a relaxing get away!!

Another Great Beach Retreat Visit

As usual, Renee's condo was available right on schedule, was clean, neat and very well furnished. Her original art work certainly adds an eloquent touch. The view from the fourth floor was simply awesome. Our two Cavalier King Charles spaniels could not get enough of the activity below our balcony. Renee and Laura are exceptional, responsive hosts. This was not our first stay in her units and it will not be our last for sure!

GREAT place to stay!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this condo. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and were fortunate enough to see the dolphins playing right in front of us almost everyday. The condo is decorated so tastefully and was so spacious! Even though we didn't need the bunk beds, I thought they would be so appealing to children as they were equipped with their own flat screen TV's. What a great idea! The bedrooms were beautiful. The furniture in the living area was very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was equpped with everything we needed and more! We brought our two Yorkies with us and they loved their stay at this condo as well. We have worked with Renee and Laura for years for our vacation needs and they have always gone above and beyond to make our trip a memorable one. I highly recommend this condo as well as Renee and Laura to make your vacation a complete success.

It is really easy to be good at your job when you have guest like you and a condo like this.
