We are a family of four with two young children. We live in Dallas, Texas but want to retire in Santa Fe!

The Owner purchased this condo in 2005
Why The Owner chose Santa Fe

We felt this location provided the best of both worlds--tranquility, nature and the feeling of 'getting away from it all', yet close enough to town for the activity, fun and culture that Santa Fe offers.

What makes this condo unique

Swimming daily throughout the summer! Hiking right outside the door! Enjoying central a/c when the weather gets too hot! Having WiFi in the house to stay connected to work and friends.

Long Memorial Day Weekend

The setting is beautiful and we were close enough to enjoy downtown without the hustle bustle. We would go out in the morning (hiking or shopping) and return to enjoy the pool and your outside sitting areas. There were four of us and we never felt cramped. The condo is beautifully decorated and so roomy. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay

Very clean and well-maintained, decorated in traditional Santa Fe southwest, owners were very helpful and checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. House is actually larger than it appears in photos, so that is a bonus. Excellent value for the price!

Excellent vacation stay!

We rented this property for a 3 night stay for my birthday weekend and fell in love with it. Meredith was wonderful, she worked with us in every way to make sure we were taken care of. Everything you could need is in the house, seriously! It's very spacious and comfortable. It's about 10 or 15 mins north of the city, but well worth the drive.
There were 5 adults and two kids in total and we were all very happy with our choice. Once we got there and drove by the other properties "compounds" that we were considering, we were even happier we stayed here. A couple that were with us had been in Santa Fe two weeks prior and stayed at an actual hotel, they were so delighted that we did a vacation rental.
Don't think twice, book this place and enjoy your vacation. As a bonus, you really can't beat the price either!
As far as lodging goes, you'll be very well set!

This was the perfect get away for my husband and me. The photos are very accurate. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was very clean. The homeowners replied quickly to all emails and gave us a cell phone number to call if we needed any help.
We appreciated all the local info the owners left us. We has a wonderful visit. I would recommend this vacation home to family and friends.

Great base for outdoor exploration

We stayed at Pueblo Encantado in September with our 3year old daughter and another couple. The indoor space was perfect for lounging,sleeping,and meals we decided to eat at "home." the home was well equipped with niceties that other rentals often do not include (haidryer, laundry and dish detergent, baggies,condiments,etc. ) We really enjoyed our evenings on the porch relaxing by the chiminea! We used the house as our base for doing day hikes to nearby Tent Rocks, Hyde Memorial state Park, and Jemez Springs. We were searching for a quiet locale with access to restaurants and hiking and this was the perfect find!
