Do your research first

Thinking that this condo is so close to Quail Hollow, it should have been the perfect short term stay, however, we were totally misled. Missing outlet cover, blinds that don't work, an extremely uncomfortable bed, a crime ridden neighborhood AND cockroaches! We could never recommend staying here, even for one night.

Affordable, Comfortable, Quiet

This apartment was just what we wanted for a month-long stay while waiting to get into our new home. We especially enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and accessibility to a great walking/biking trail that is part of the Carolina Thread Trails. Eugenie kept in touch with us and was responsive to our questions.

Nice place it is commesurate with the price...

The property is a little bit older but the inside is nicely kept with things like new windows and carpeting, A/C etc all worked very well... The neighbors were all very nice and it started to feel like home... Thank you...
