This luxury, brand-new apartment is located in the Recoleta neighborhood. It is spacious with over 550 square feet. It has a balcony with open views facing a small park, and gets plenty of sunlight. The apartment features hardwood floors, stylish furnishings, a marble bathroom, and a great working kitchen with a window. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a luxury mattress, and built-in closets. The living room includes an Italian-style futon couch (sleep one to two). The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, fully equipped with dishes, silverware, coffee maker, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. Other features include air conditioning, local phone service, and high-speed internet service (wireless available) The location is fantastic. It is only 6 blocks away from the Recoleta Cemetery. It is also 1 block from the famous Santa Fe Ave. and its shopping. It is also within easy walking distance of many restaurants and outdoor cafes

This property is located in the Recoleta neighborhood, the best area in the city of Buenos Aires. Recoleta is famous for its beautiful French buildings, nice parks, outdoor cafes, gourmet restaurants and lots of shops. The condo is on Arenales St. only a block away from Santa Fe Ave., great for shopping. The subway is also very close (two blocks away). It takes you to any part of the city. Everything is just walking distance from the apartment, making this location unique.

Great Apartment, Great Location

Stayed here in June with my wife and teenage daughter. A short walk to Recolleta Cemetery, the location right off Av Santa Fe provided easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. The high speed internet was handy, and having a washing machine made it easier to travel light.

The location is a "locals" as opposed to touristy area, decent, and safe.

Max had a driver meet us at the airport and met us at the apartment. He's got a nice collection of travel guides for the use of his guests, and was helpful and flexible in accommodating us.

We had a great time, and would love to go back again.

I had such a great time in Argentina that I'm going back and I'm planning to stay in the same place. This apartment offers all the ammenities needed to have a wonderful stay and the location is a plus! It felt like home!!
