This vacation villa is situated in Aylesbury, Davenport; a quiet, peaceful location off US 27, south of Interstate 4. It is only 15 minutes from the excitement of Disney and nearby are all the other theme parks and attractions that Orlando has to offer. This beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom villa has two en suite bedrooms and both have doors out directly onto the pool deck. One is queen size, with an en suite bath and shower and the second is a double with an en suite combined shower and bath. The two further twin bedrooms share a third bathroom The spacious living area has a family room with TV and DVD player. The superbly equipped kitchen, which has every convenience for your stay, has the added benefit of a breakfast nook. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience. There is also a formal dining room and a further lounge area. The screened 30’ x 15’ sout west facing pool, which, can be lit in the evening has a pool deck area with a covered lanai

This vacation villa is situated in Aylesbury, Davenport; a quiet, peaceful location off US 27, south of Interstate 4. It is only 15 minutes from the excitement of Disney and nearby are all the other theme parks and attractions that Orlando has to offer. Posner Park: Posner Park the new retail shopping mall is right on the door step of the villa, therefore, no need to drive miles to other shopping malls to do your shopping. Posner Park Mall phase one is due for opening in the spring of 2008. This new retail development will also include stores that will be familiar to shoppers, including J.C. Penney, Target, Best Buy, the electronics and appliance chain; Staples, Ross, the off-price clothing chain, PetSmart, the national pet supplies and services merchandiser and Dick's Sporting Goods store. Seven other retailers, including Belk, Best Buy and Staples, Posner Park will be an open-air complex. Also, nearby is the new Publix store, which is an ideal supermarket for discounted prices.

Thank you guys so much. House was great. Here is a list of thing we saw. But overall it was great.

No remote for master bed tv
Thermostat was locked ( we had a big cold front)
Missing rim in basketball hoop, Air hockey does not work
outlet plug in master bed where vcr goes has a short
chair broken in kitchen

Internet was great!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Remote for master bedroom found. It was mislaid.

Thermostat guests do not touch M C will change it.

Chair in kitchen repaired.

Games we may have to replace if we cant get spare parts

the best house in florida.thats why im coming back.

I travel for work over 200 days per year so I have seen some really good and not so good places and this is definitly one of the good ones. First off the owners are straight shooters and honest. I stayed here for just over a month for work with my wife and our 18 month old and loved it! There are 4 bedrooms, two Mastersof which lead directly to the pool, so it is easy showering right after getting out of the pool. The house is situated on a street that intersects with a very nice orange grove and is very quiet. We timed it to Disney becuase we went so many times and from the front door of the house to Disneys parking lot is 15 minutes so it is a great location. Lots of English people go to this area so there is a nice little British Pub restauraunt down the road that we liked. There is also a Billion $ Development of stores going in down the road and they are adding new stores monthly. As of July 1, 2009 there are about 15 stores with lots more being built. There is a place called Bok Gardens that is a huge hidden Gem 25 minutes from the house. After going on the rides this place was a spectacular get away and really good for kids of any age. A few things about the house.. The Garage is permanatly locked as there are large games in there, but we never once ventured in there as it is also not Air conditioned. House is kept up great and the pool guy comes by about every Wednesday. Really Great experience and we would definitly go back!
