There are wide sliding glass pocket doors to the large screened in porch that faces the canal. This home is designed with an open floor plan providing bright and spacious living areas. The split floor plan provides privacy for the master bedroom. This home has a two car garage with an electric opener. The saltwater canal and dock are steps from your back door and if you bring or rent a boat, it is an easy 15 minute boat ride to Charlotte harbor. Punta Gorda, which is located between Ft. Myers and Tampa, is a quiet exclusive community. Punta Gorda has a wide variety of restaurants and activities including fishing, boating, sailing, scuba diving, swimming and other outdoor activities including golfing, biking, and great shopping.
