The cottage was planned to embrace the ocean view with banks of windows, a screen porch , covered verandas and an open deck. Access the beach by your private stairs right off the front yard. The beach is private, the water is warm and safe and this home has every convenience to make your holiday relaxing and special.

Our summer home is in the perfect location - away from the hustle and bustle but centrally located so all activities and amenities are close at hand. This exclusive private cottage sub-division is in Augustine Cove, a rural farming community. Its South Shore sandy beach is warm and safe. The airport and Charlottetown attractions are an easy 45 minute drive. The Anne of Green Gables area and North Shore beaches are a leisurely 30 minute drive across the Island on quiet country roads. There are several renowned golf course within one hour's drive and many local golf courses.
