The beach is private, the water is warm and safe and this home has every convenience to make your holiday relaxing and special.

Our summer home is in the perfect location - away from the hustle and bustle but centrally located so all activities and amenities are close at hand. This exclusive private cottage sub-division is in Augustine Cove, a rural farming community. Its South Shore sandy beach is warm and safe. The airport and Charlottetown attractions are an easy 45 minute drive. The Anne of Green Gables area and North Shore beaches are a leisurely 30 minute drive across the Island on quiet country roads. There are several renowned golf course within one hour's drive and many local golf courses.

This is a family home, not a bare rental cottage and you will find the kitchen and the whole cottage equipped with everything you need for a special and relaxing holiday.

The cottage was spectacular!!!
All of us felt at home and enjoyed the time we were there. You have done a great job with the cottage and the property.
We hope to return in 2 years if all is well with all of us and hope to book the same time.

When we first spotted Sunset Point on the PEI website we just seemed to be drawn to this beautiful home and its wonderful location. On our arrival we were not disappointed in any way. The interior was everything you could ever want or need, and the verandah and spectacular view, sunsets especially, turned out to be our favorite spot. The touring of the Island we did was a joy, but knowing that we were returning to Sunset Point always seemed to be the highlight of our day. We are certainly looking forward to another visit to PEI. We would not think of staying anywhere other than Sunset Point with all its charm, as well as adding to our already great memories of our earlier trip. Thank you for allowing us to experience every aspect of this lovely home.
