Description of the Summerland Key vacation house rental
This is a spacious oceanfront home with breathtaking open water views! It is located on Summerland Key spanning two large lots, the front yard is a direct ocean front private beach with a canal and over 200 feet of seawall running down the side of the house teaming with lobsters, parrot fish, queen angels, snappers. A private boat slip cuts into the backyard and just beyond that is a huge, heated pool. With nearly 250 feet of deep water dockage you will have quick access to the Atlantic and the Gulf for world-class boating, fishing, lobstering, diving, and snorkeling. The house is located on the Atlantic end of Niles Channel, one of the deepest passages between the Atlantic and the gulf in the lower keys. Looe Key Sanctuary, Big Pine Key, home of the Key Deer, and Bahia Honda are all just minutes away. Dive shops, marinas, s, and restaurants are also close by. Famous for its dining establishments, exciting night life and hundreds of unique shops, Key West is just 30 minutes away
