Newly green renovated home near the bay, ocean, local restaurants and shops. Sunny, bright and airy. This home has been completely remodeled and features all new fixtures including overhead fans, dishwasher, washer-dryer, a restaurant style ''state of the art'' Kitchen Aid gas range with electric convection oven, double door refrigerator, large counter space with an island and a deep double pan sink. The living room is spacious featuring sky lights in loft, large beamed cathedral ceiling, and a four season enclosed front porch to catch the evening sunset or take a relaxing afternoon snooze. The basement has a washer dryer. Large back yard w/ grill and picnic table. Easy commute to Boston via Pemberton water shuttle, 20 mins). No smoking.Will consider pets.

Walk across the street to the bay to enjoy spectacular sunsets, 8 min walk to the uncrowded private town beach. Nantasket Beach is 7 miles long for those who love to walk and jog. 5 min walk to bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, hardware store, day spa, Chinese, seafood, pizza, and breakfast restaurants. Great restaurants in town.
