New in 2007: There is a new King size bed in the upstairs master bedroom. There is no longer a deck on the second floor in hopes for a new larger deck in the future. A larger TV in the downstairs living area. Some updated furniture and a mobile TV cart with a TV/VCR combo and Playstation 1 for young children to use in different rooms.
Snowmobiling & Skiing: You will have direct access to snowmobile trails at the intersection of River Road and Philbrook Road. Please see the Pittsburg Ridge Runners web page for trail conditions. You can heat the garage to work on sleds in case of breakdowns. If you want to take a break from snowmobiling drive 45 minutes south to The BALSAMS Grand Resort for some great Nordic & alpine skiing.
Fly-Fishing: You are within walking distance to The Connecticut River. First Lake to Lake Francis which is called The 'Trophy Stretch'.
Other Activities: Snowmobiling from front door.
