Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located right in Old Town Scottsdale.
This property was just completely renovated and fully furnished with very high-end furniture.
Large Plasma Flat-Screen TV with Surround Sound, Wireless Internet, En-suite Washer & Dryer, fully outfitted kitchen (all new Stainless Steel appliances).
Everything you need is provided!
The community is very nice, with a large pool & spa, gas grills, and exercise facilities
All (Cable TV, Local Telephone & High Speed Internet are included).
Property is conveniently located near some top notch healthcare such as The Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale and AZ Heart Institute to name but a few. Also located near ASU and Scottsdale community college. Some great shopping near by at Fashion square, Kierland Commons and the Biltmore Fashion Park. This location has easy freeway and transit access.
