Complex: Sailboat Bay Condominiums is located on beautiful Plash Island featuring the most beautiful Sunsets on the Gulf Coast. The complex is located on forty acres with water in every direction. From this unit, you enjoy the views of Mobile Bay, Intercoastal Water Way and Bon Secour Bay. A boatslip is provided with the unit. Bring your boat and fish the Bays or Any of the Great Rivers or with in minutes be in the Gulf of Mexico.

Children: Children are welcome at this Unit. Kids absolutely have a blast at Sailboat Bay. There are pools, kiddie pool, a gated community, a small beach. Kids can ride their bikes without mom and dad having to watch so closely. There are two bikes at the unit for ourselves and our guest. Fish from the docks or anywhere on the grounds. Many of the residents catch flounder, redfish and speckled trout from the shore lines. The kids enjoy catching fish right from the docs and piers directly behind the unit.

Golf: Some of the most beautiful and challenging Golf Courses on the Gulf, just minutes away.

Wonderful vacation! Love the quiet mornings drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the marina. Very tasteful, classy furnishings. Such easy access to all area attractions without the continuous traffic. Couldn't ask for a nicer owner to do business with. Will definitely return!
