Sit in the comfort of your condo or patio and watch golfers putt on either of the two greens. You will not find a more spectacular view in all of Palm Valley. Private courtyard between two car garage and condo. Fairway patio with views that you'll remember for a lifetime. Newly remodeled kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, travertine floors throughout, new carpet in bedrooms, all new paint. Master bedroom has King bed, other two rooms have Queen beds. Televisions in all three rooms as well as in family room with DVD. Bose stereo in family room as well as fireplace. Wireless Wi-Fi high speed internet. Pool and spa 50 feet from back patio. Stainless Steel barbeque on the patio. The views of the mountains as well as golf sets this condo apart from all others.

Palm Valley Country Club: American Golf Association voted Palm Valley Country Club as the #1 country club in the nation. The spectacular Palm Valley CC clubhouse is the largest in the desert with Olympic size pool, tennis courts, full service spa, full service restaurant, Ted Robinson designed championship and challenge golf course....This smoke-free condo underwent a complete remodel which included: travertine, granite, maple cabinets, new carpet and custom entertainment unit and every amenity you could desire. Everything in it is new.

Additional information: Feel free to email me if you desire more pictures or any other questions you may have. We took ownership last year and spent 6 months remodeling so we would be happy to send you additional pictures. We also have a few people that have stayed there that have left comments in our guest book which we would be happy to share with you. Individuals who have stayed here have inquired about purchasing it because it truly has the views you'll remember for a life time.
