Photos and Description of the Kiawah Island vacation cottage rental 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 8

This 'tree-house' cottage is located at 1013 Thrasher Ct., a short five minute walk to the community pool and only eight minute walk to the beach (closer if you bike). It is fully renovated and a master bedroom addition was completed in 2004. It offers a King Bed with a bathtub/whirlpool combination in the master bath plus a walk-in closet. There is also a Queen suite, a two twin bedroom and finally a 'kid's room' with a bunk bed, double futon in the bottom and twin bed at the top. The last two bedrooms share the hallway bath. A plasma TV is provided in the living room, flat screen in the Master and another TV in Kids' room. The kitchen has granite counter tops, new cabinets and appliances. Its Peninsula is open to the secondary sitting area. Finally there is a wrap around deck with a gas grill and a screened porch. High speed Internet and Wi-Fi connections are also provided.

Kiawah Island is located 20 minutes away from Charleston, SC. If you ever wondered what it feels like to ride a bike on the beach for miles and miles this is the place. You can either relax, read a book, watch the seagulls and shrimp boats in the distance or come and experience the world famous golf courses and tennis courts this island provides. Shopping, sightseeing and great restaurants are a short drive away.

Fabulous accommodation, in superb location, just a couple of minutes to pool and beach. I would recommend this cottage without reservation. It is in exceptional condition, and fitted throughout with all you could need.

Dear Mrs. Bartlett, We wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our stay in your "cottage". Your home is much too nice to call a cottage. We have been visiting Kiawah for over 20 years and have always preferred Sparrow Pond. We began coming to Kiawah when our son was in high school and now are accompanied by his wife, three children and sister-in-law. The fourth bedroom was a blessing. The children kept their toys out of the way and enjoyed having their own space. We adults thoroughly enjoyed that also. We hope to be able to stay in your villa again next summer.

richard & alina thank you for sharing your home my family. what a wonderful place. it was beautiful throughout. close enough to the beach & pool. the biking on the trails or the beach was wonderful. your suggestion of GILLIGANS RESTAURANT was very good, we have one for future guests CHEZ FISH its close to kiawah, not much on the outside but inside is clean and the food was fabulous!!! thanks again for a wonderful vacation home.
