We have 2 three bedroom condos. This one is in Bristol the other in Avalon. A unique, southern resort style setting. Expansive tropical landscaped property with miles of uncrowded beach! Something for everyone! Like new furnishings, carpeting and tile. Renters have loved the upscale comfortable feel of the condo! Be sure to check out our website below for more pictures and description of the incredible amenities that this complex has to offer: clubhouse, restaurant & bar, gift shop, deli & gourmet convenience store, ice cream & coffee shop, indoor pool, outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools, European Spa, Beauty Salon, exercise facility, video game room, sauna, hydra tennis courts, basketball court and children's play area. Acres of property to walk, if you don't want to walk on the beach. Fireworks display on the beach in front of the condos on July 4.

Located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores. Experience the beauty of the beach and area, but yet only 12 miles from Hwy 59 on Hwy 182 in an area of only a few condo complexes. This complex is unique because it is more like a resort, in that you have a beach front bar/restaurant, a gift shop, European spa, game room, exercise room, indoor and outdoor pools, deli type market with a breakfast/lunch restaurant, coffee shop/ice cream shop. Close to other restaurants, marina and 3 golf courses including Kiva Dunes!
