Classic Vermont Get Away Home. Freshly renovated modern property, nestled on the Ottaquechee river. This charming light-filled house on the west end of Woodstock is a perfect Vermont get away. Reverse living places the common rooms; Living / Dining Room with gas log fireplace, fully equipped Kitchen, 1/2 Bath and a large Deck in the tree tops. Downstairs showcases one bedroom, and a study, both with private baths, each with french doors opening onto a second spacious deck, all with a view of the river. Each Vermont season is visible in the changing light through 31 windows that bring in lush views, as well as the sound of the flowing river below. Perfect for one or two guests to feel alone on the two wooded acres, yet only a five minute walk to the famous Woodstock Inn Rockefeller Resort. Interiors designed by Atlantic House Ltd.

Our Town: Located on a private road walking distance to the center of town. The Woodstock Farmer's Market is a wonderful treat! We are 12 miles to Killington, just a little over 2 hours from Boston. There are many points of interest. The famous Woodstock Inn Rockefeller Resort, the Rockefeller Billings Farm/ Museum, Simon Pearce glass blowing factory in Quechee and so much more! We are a short drive to the village of Hanover and Dartmouth College. Explore the variety of shops and delightful restaurants which to choose from. National Geographic credited Woodstock to be one of the top ten most beautiful towns in the country. We hope you enjoy your stay.

We found the home to be the perfect setting and location in the town of Woodstock. The decor is clean, crisp, and chic. It's nice for those of us who prefer that style to the traditional B&B.

I was there in December for my honeymoon--the view and the location was PERFECT, and a dream-come-true for me. Beautiful outside and in, and very well maintained.
