Rates for off peak (6/1/11 to 11/30/11) are $1800 per week with deposit, 9% tax & cleaning fee extra. Weekend is 2 night min of $650.00 Holiday $325 extra night. Month is calendar month off peak for $5,000; deposit, tax & cleaning extra. Dog is considered with extra deposit.
