This beautiful home comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, spacious rooms, TVs in all bedrooms, two car garage, 2 golf carts to access all the on-site activities and beach without leaving the complex. Also this home can be split into 3 bedrooms, or 2 bedrooms with a lockout door for privacy and your convenience. The downstairs consists of 2 bedrooms and a queen-size sofa-bed and 1 bath with a full kitchen and the upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms and a full-size futon and 3.5 baths with a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen and spacious porch. You will enjoy strolling through this private gated community in a provided golf cart with beautiful fishing lakes and an indoor/outdoor pool and access to Private Beach Parking.
