Enjoy this sun-splashed, spacious 2nd floor 2 bedrooms, den, and 2 full baths villa. Endicott location. Over looking the 18th hole of the Golf course, steps from the Linx, club house and across from the Arbor pool. This beautiful unit offers cathedral ceilings, palladium windows, fireplaced living room, A/C in all living areas, 4 TVs with cable, Wireless , high speed Internet and telephone. Master bedroom has a king-size bed ,brand new mattress/foundation for restful sleep, second bedroom has two double beds, den has a full-size sofa bed., this room may be closed off. Fully applianced kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit. Beautifully appointed, with a nautical theme. Just renovated with two new bathrooms, with granite countertops. New kitchen cabinets with granite countertops. There is a play and pak,carriage and booster seat. for the little ones. Please bring baby's sheet and blankets. We have additional photos. Ocean Edge condominiums is a great resort, with out door and indoor pools. Lots of activities for the whole family.It is located across from he pool . This is a tastefully decorated condo. recently updated thru out/new bath rooms and updated kitchen. recently painted. You will also find the Linx tavern/golf club house/restaurant almost next door to you. There are many interesting and fun things to do in the area, there are many fine beaches just short drive from the property. Take a short ride to Provincetown, or Hyannis. There are so many restaurants you will like to experience.

Notes: This is truly a home away from home. Towels ,paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry detergent are all supplied as are the sheets and blankets. There are 4 a/c units. Three deck/balconies. Two very large bedrooms, and also a den/with a sofa bed, which is a private room. There is an ice maker in the refrigerator.

Off season rates negotiable. Deposit of 50% and signed lease required in order to secure condo. we have several repeat guests. Their comments have been- this place is beautiful. We love it, we can't wait to come back. I saw the others but this is by far the best. Furnished in a summer beach mode that can make you feel in the vacation mode. Walk to pools in door and out door. Walk to LINX. Don't wait this condo will go quickly.

A Perfect Cape Cod Stay

Our family (mom, dad and 13 and 14 year old daughters) have been spending a week on the Cape for the past 11 years -- the past 6 years at Ocean Edge. Staying in Brewster can't be beat with the true Cape close by -- Chatham, Harwich, Nauset Beach, the National Seashore and more. Stayed at Emily's place for the first time this year and found it to be perfect. Very clean, well appointed and everything we could have wanted -- including good WiFi to keep connected to work. Emily was also very reponsive in the process. Our girls summed it up as we were leaving when they said that we had to make sure that we stay at "our new place" next year -- we would not want to stay anywhere else.

Great Condo

We have rented this condo for the past 2 years and we plan on returning again this summer. We love Brewster and the location of this condo is great. The condo has every amenity we could have wanted. The unit is very spacious. We were even able to have my parents join our family of 4 for a few days. The unit is very clean and Emily keeps it updated.

We loved the Ocean Edge pools but also enjoyed the Brewster beaches, the Tanglewood Marionettes, The Children's outdoor theater, The Brewster Whitecaps camps, The Brewster Bookstore character visits as well as mini golf and bumper boats.

I would recommend this vaction property for a great family get away.

Beautiful place!

We spent a wonderful long weekend in October '07 at this appartment. The place is great: clean and nicely furnished. Beds were very comfortable and the appartment offers a lot of space to enjoy the stay. The landlord is a great women and very easy to communicate.
Overall, I would strongly recommend the place if you plan to spend some time in Cape.
