Our building, Madeira Vista is unique! Just 1.2 miles from famous Johns Pass, we are actually closer to the water than any other area condos! This is the top-rated building on Tripadvisor!

See these pictures for a good sense of how we have decorated this condo to give you a Tampa Bay Beach Feel. We have worked hard to fully stock our condo with everything you might want in your home-away-from-home. W/D, microwave, coffeepot, linens, etc. Join us!

Madeira Beach is a quiet community located between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach. We are located directly on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, with a fabulous beach/sunset view from the 'great room'. We are within driving distance of Florida's major attractions, as well as many lesser-known gems!

This is truly a lovely area.: You will see the dolphins swimming by daily on our stretch of beach and the sunsets must be seen to be believed! Our closest-to-the-water building has a great and friendly atmosphere. Most of our guests are repeat guests.

We have worked hard to make our condo a home-away-from-home for you. You will love it here. We also know that having a management couple who live on-site to take care of your needs is a huge plus.

Madeira Beach is a beautifully quiet beach community that is located about half-way between St Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach.

There are hundreds of things for visitors to do here! We are 90 minutes from the Disney/Orlando area attractions, 30 minutes from Tampa, 2 minutes from Johns Pass Village, and zero minutes from the beach and the pool. Whatever you decide, enjoy your vacation!

Other Activities: miniature golf, relaxing by the pool or on the beach, sunset-watching and don't be surprised if a card game breaks out!

This place is amazing! Jack gave us a great tour and told us about area attractions and shopping. John does an amazing job at keeping the place clean and up to date. We did see dolphins 6 out of 7 days from our room. The view is amazing, and walking distance to the Daiquiri Deck, our favorite drinking establishment. Also close to Johns Pass for fishing, shopping, parasailing all things that are a must when visiting the beach! Only 5-10 drive. We were amazed by the very little traffic in the area!
We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning. I actually cried when we had to leave. I reccommend this VERY AFFORDABLE place to everyone i talk to! There are several to choose from so if you are looking for 2 BR w/ Kings or 2 BR with extra twins, they pretty much have anything you are looking for, for smaller groups.
I was so amazed at how close we were to the beach. we stayed at Reddington 2 years ago, and had a little bit of a walk to the beach, this was literally off the back deck at high tide. AMAZING!! Can't wait to go again!

Perfect vacation

My family and I enjoyed this vacation tremendously! It is such a beautiful place and a great beach! We went to Busch Gardens two of the days which was fun....and done for the children, but I would have been perfectly happy just hanging out on the beach or by the pool or in the beautiful condo the entire time! Convienient to restaurants and groceries and fresh seafood! Can't wait to go back. It's about a 12 hour drive for us, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat! Wish we could stay a month! Very relaxing and the owners are so sweet and wonderful and welcoming.

We stayed at Maderia Vista in June 2009. It was exactly as presented. Jack and Jackie were very welcoming and helpful. Our condo was perfect. We enjoyed it greatly. We enjoyed the area but especially the beach. We would recommend this property to all of your friends and family. Try it, you will love it too.

We just spent a wonderful six weeks (March & April) at Madeira Vista (2nd Year). Each day was another day in paradise. The Management go out of their way to help and accommodate and make you feel right at home. The view from the condo is spectacular. The condo's layout is really great, the patio with the B-B-Q area is fantastic and the view is unforgettable. Dolphins entertain you almost every day. The beach is just fantastic....Great for walking. We look forward to next year.
